What an engagement is designed to provide

Defined assessment boundary

Industry, jurisdiction, organizational profile, governing requirement set, exclusions, and intended deliverables are agreed before substantive assessment work.

Applicable-obligation review

Organizational qualification facts are evaluated against obligation-specific applicability rules.

Documented findings

Where validated evaluators support it, structured PASS, RISK, or FAIL outcomes are linked to applicable requirements and available evidence.

What it does not do

It does not provide a blanket compliance certificate, guarantee legal compliance, replace counsel, conduct an audit of every possible requirement, or cure deficiencies for the customer. Scope and evidence limitations remain visible.

Assessment availability and pricing are established through a separate qualification and written engagement process. A website inquiry is not an assessment order.

What the customer is purchasing

A scoped present-day (AS-IS) assessment of documented evidence against a defined and validated mandatory-obligation suite. The engagement provides management with documented visibility into supported findings, unresolved risks, evidence gaps, and deficiencies within the agreed scope. Scope, deliverables, price, and payment conditions are agreed before substantive assessment work begins.

  • An agreed, bounded present-day (AS-IS) assessment
  • Evidence-supported findings and identified limitations
  • Documented deficiencies or unresolved risks for management review

Not a penalty service or remediation guarantee

I.M.P.A.C.T. does not assess fines, enforce regulations, make an organization compliant, or replace counsel or regulators. A PASS, RISK, or FAIL finding is an assessment outcome within the governed scope, not an enforcement decision.
