Illustrated client journey from inquiry and evidence to findings and certificate

A simpler starting point, without minimizing the stakes

Noncompliance with applicable mandatory obligations can carry significant financial and operational consequences. Understanding your present-day (AS-IS) position is therefore a serious business priority.

The guided business questionnaire (MCIC) gathers essential operating facts and relevant supporting evidence. Rather than requiring each customer to organize the regulatory assessment framework, I.M.P.A.C.T. uses independently governed requirements to resolve applicability, prepare evidence-based evaluations, and report supported findings.

You provide the business facts and evidence. I.M.P.A.C.T. handles the assessment complexity.

The questionnaire does not itself determine compliance, replace evidence, or guarantee a PASS finding. Missing, contradictory, or insufficient evidence remains visible in the assessment process.

The customer journey

Five clear milestones, from an initial conversation to documented assessment findings.

01Inquiry and scope

Discuss the organization, industry, jurisdiction, requested assessment, and whether a validated offering is available.

02Agreement and payment

Confirm deliverables, responsibilities, pricing, and payment terms before assessment work begins.

03Authorized intake

Following engagement, collect required organizational facts and supporting evidence through an approved secure channel—not the public contact form.

04Governed assessment

Determine obligation-specific applicability, bind evidence, and apply validated deterministic evaluators to the agreed scope.

05Findings and next actions

Provide supported findings, evidence limitations, and areas needing attention. The organization remains responsible for remediation and compliance decisions.

Behind the assessment: distinct processing responsibilities

Stage00 ingests and neutrally extracts submitted artifacts. Stage10 canonicalizes and constructs evidence with immutable authority binding. Stage20 resolves applicability and prepares evidence-bound evaluator contracts. Stage30 alone makes deterministic PASS/RISK/FAIL adjudications. Stage40 certifies the adjudicated truth without reinterpreting it.

The public inquiry service is separate from this protected assessment pipeline. Future authenticated HTTPS customer intake and tenant configuration are planned integration capabilities, not features implied to be live by this website candidate.

ASSESSMENT RECORD

The assessment date matters

Results describe a present-day (AS-IS) position based on evidence available at the agreed cutoff. Subsequent changes, remediation, or reassessment are separate events and do not retroactively change the original evidence record.

SECURE ENGAGEMENT

Commercial intake is separate from engine onboarding

An interested organization first requests a discussion. Only after qualification, scope agreement, contracting, and payment authorization does the separate secured assessment workflow become appropriate. The public inquiry form must never collect patient records or substantive compliance evidence.
